Synopsis
This was my first exercise in Touchdesigner in which I applied and combined a few different concepts from a number of tutorials. The ever-rotating cube contains a procedurally generated pattern of points. A bounding box clips off any points that exceed the volume, so that the chaos is always contained within. The colours of the points are defined by a muted iridescent gradient, with a small crimson glow perpetually flowing through the serpent-like pattern.
Audio from my computer (e.g. Spotify) is pulled into Touchdesigner in real-time, processed, and fed to drive and manipulate the noise field that controls the point cloud. This in turn creates a real-time audio-reactive dancing creature - noise upon noise, constantly in flux.
